Today I had my seminar presentation (for my professional practice work) and it was very bad. Usually I'm pretty good at presentations but I was struggling to deal with my anxiety and I got so nervous that I could say anything right...
Everything went wrong and I'm really sad about it but I what is done is done and now I only want to focus on my portfolio so I can get it right this time.
I already did a lot of work with my portfolio and I guess Is looking good, at least I am proud of my work.
The lecture I was supposed to have this afternoon was canceled, sadly. It was supposed to be about PR and brand consulting and that's something that I'm really interested about.
This week I watched "The true cost" documentary and this really got me thinking about everything I own, about how much some people suffer for us to use cheap clothes and the fact that "Cheap fashion" is so friendly to our wallet but so harmfull for humanity.
For us to be able to buy something at a really cheap price, someone else will suffer a lot under precarious conditions.
